Over the last 18 Months I have sought to relocate and been searching for my final home.

As you recall, I left Western New York at age 17 to join the military, and returned 4 years later to enter and complete undergraduate work at State University College Buffalo. Originally from Dubois PA area, and long affiliated with the RC Church in Kersey, PA, I wanted to return to my roots, searching in southern tier for a quality home geographically located between Buffalo and Dubois.  

My search was exhausting, and as I experienced, with your exception, realtors did not ‘hang’ with an out of state prospective buyer. My search area was centered around Jamestown and gradually extended from Buffalo to DuBois, and included contacting many on line realtors.

What I encountered was akin to a brick wall, when many realtors learned I was out of state, had no definite time frame, and contacted many other realtors.  Frankly you were the only realtor who took the time to understand my requirement, and over time, offer appropriate properties that I could evaluate, instead of the ‘shotgun’ approach, blasting me with dozens of properties that were not appropriate.

Your stellar professional service and personal commitment stand above all others, and I thank you greatly for your time that extended well beyond the call of duty.

As you know, and after evaluating properties and understanding the economics of returning to NYS, I reluctantly came to the economic conclusion of returning to NYS as semi-retired professional with continuing yearly earned income was prohibitively expensive.

As a lifelong Bills fan and continued seasons ticket holder, this was a particularly difficult decision.  With your help I was able to reach this decision.  As a result, I was able to ‘move on’ and bought a beautiful affordable 3500 sq ft 4/3 pool home in the Florida panhandle, closing last month and moving in here last week.

I am certain that without your help I could not have resolved my dilemma, and while not favorable to you $, this memorandum should speak volumes of your character and ethics.
